The Company will retain personal data for the period required by the purposes specified in this Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data and the relevant legislation. In addition, in the event of any dispute between the Company and the data subject, the Company may keep personal data for a limited period to ensure that necessary defenses can be made within the scope of the dispute and within the statutory limitation periods determined by the relevant legislation.

Measures and Commitments Regarding Data Security

You can submit your applications regarding the rights listed above by filling out the application form on our website in accordance with the instructions, delivering a signed copy of the form to the address in person with identity documents, sending it by notary or other methods specified in the Law, or sending the relevant form to info@nimbaliterie.com with a secure electronic signature. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded as soon as possible and no later than thirty days; however, the Company reserves the right to charge you according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board in case of additional costs.
